The Studio

In 2006 Sphinx opened at College/Ossington and the studio grew with a diverse mix of clients who wanted to take their health into their own hands. We loved the hood, the people, the restaurants…then we outgrew the space. In January 2020 we found the right [next]space and moved to the beautiful Annex neighbourhood. Here’s to 14yrs on College and a lovely new home in the Annex!

And our new home: 412 Bloor St W. It’s very inviting, calm, supportive, lots of light, fabulous wood floors, lots of space to move in and, on the subway line. See you soon.

note: photo is from pre-covid days; only 4 mats for in-studio classes right now, to keep 2m spacing and stay safe.

Group classes range from 2 to 6 or 8 people; Private and Semi-privates available too.
