Group Mat ClassesWe keep our Group Mat Classes small to make sure everyone receives individual attention. Our range of class levels is designed to help you improve your quality of movement.

10 week pre-registered sessions | max. 4 people per class

10 classes: $250 | 1 class per week

20 classes: $480 | 2 classes per week
