Re-occuring knee pain led Petra to explore Pilates back in the 90′s after finishing a B-Comm degree and instructing aerobics and weight training. The “lift” throughout her body and the ease of movement she experienced kept her intrigued and she’s never looked back. A passion for rehabilitation has her working with clients who have herniated discs, Parkinsons, knee/hip injuries & ankle surgeries (post-rehab), osteoporosis, incontinence, fibromyalgia and others. Committed to helping clients access their greatest potential, Petra enjoys sharing teachings that have enriched her own life.
Continuing to be influenced by many forms of movement techniques for healthy living, she strives for poise, precision and effortless movement to cultivate a balanced body and a richer life. A PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) Certified instructor, Petra continues her studies with Master Teachers Dianne Miller(Vancouver), Marie-Josee Blom(California) and Eileen Birks(Toronto) and holds additional certifications through Movement for Health, Toronto and Physicalmind Institute, NY.
After being diagnosed with osteoporosis at the age of 21, Jill tried Pilates on her physiotherapist’s recommendation. The ease of movement, sense of balance and the mind-body awareness it facilitated immediately appealed to her and inspired her to continue her practice.
Eager to deepen her understanding of the method and to share her experience, she completed her mat certification in 2005 with Janet Lemon and Movement for Health. She is currently completing her equipment certification through Physical Mind Institute in Toronto and Karen Carlson in the US.
In addition to her teaching, Jill has completed her Masters in Evolutionary Biology.
Cindy is certified through Diane Miller Pilates Center (Vancouver) and has been mentored extensively by Toronto’s master teacher Eileen Birks. She is also a certified Holistic Nutriontist with a professional dance background going back to when she started instructing in her teens.

As a former rhythmic gymnast and coach, Aliesha was immediately drawn to Pilates because
of the strong mind body connection. After years of fighting with her body, she found a methodology that taught her how to connect with her body through breath work, focus and respecting her body’s process.
Aliesha is certified through Koperharmonie Pilates, Ottawa. She is continuing her certification through master teacher Michele Larsson of Core Dynamics Pilates in Santa Fe, NM. Aliesha continues to further her knowledge of the body by incorporating Myofascial Stretching and ELDOA exercises to compliment her pilates training.
For Aliesha teaching pilates is about being present in your body while listening and honoring what it needs. She works with a variety of clientele and is passionate about connecting with her clients and helping them along their journey of movement.
Roselby brings her natural talent for fluid movement to the Pilates work. After years of training in classical ballet and traditional Venezuelan dance, she found Pilates and certified with Movement for Health and Vivian Nickles in Toronto.
To provide further assistance in obtaining full mind-body awareness, Roselby also uses Fascial Stretch Therapy to help unlock joint tension due to restrictive fascia around the muscles. And she is certified through the Pink Ribbon Program for Breast Cancer Survivors.
Her warmth and personalized approach to teaching makes her endearing.
